I thought a little, looked at Graf Zeppelin, and German aircraft carriers appeared on the basis of him: fast aircraft, AP bombs, low aircraft survivability, and an attack scheme, I thought, Bearn could be the "progenitor" of the French aircraft carrier branch
As you can see, the French did not have particularly special-built aircraft carriers. The only aircraft carrier at the time of the Second World War was already the old Bearn, and Joffre, although it was laid down and built at 25%, was never completed. However, the French Navy actively developed projects, and also finalized their projects in the post-war period, such as the Clemenceau light aircraft carrier project, which began its development back in the 1940s, and the draft design was ready only by 1947. Also, after the war, the French diligently tried to get at least some aircraft carriers, or hulls of old ships, including foreign ones, for their further restructuring.
General Features
Aircraft carriers have good camouflage, high maximum speed and comfortable secondary armour.
Have good deck armor
Air groups are represented by two types of bombers - skip HE and dive AP
There are 2 full air groups on the deck, instead of 1,5
Air groups are also distinguished by improved maximum boost speed: acceleration +50 knots instead of 40 and 35 like other aircraft carriers
Engine cooling is also improved, and lasts 5 seconds longer and 1 more charge
The air groups themselves are not the most numerous, and are not distinguished by high speed
Skip HE bombers
Mediocre speed, better than the Americans, but worse than the British
High fire chance
Dive AP bombers
BB bombs have low one-time damage
Highest armor penetration at all levels
A large number of bombs on planes
Specific drop - usually drops immediately, like on Midway, but here the bombs will be dropped in turn, like on Bearn
This is my personal proposal and not the fact that ships will ever appear in the game or my concept will be taken into attention!
Thank you for your attention!
