I can post on the forum, clearly... but, trying to login to the WG launcher fails, even after resetting my password, and I can't login to the WG website either- pre or post password reset, which obviously means I can't create a support ticket! Changed my DNS servers locally to an open DNS service, bam - Immediately logged into the launcher, first attempt! Might phone my ISP tomorrow to query it, but their 1st line technical staff are.... basically non-technical so I dunno if there's much point.
