He will be the end reward of "The Age of Sa Zhenbing" collection. You'll also find the collection elements in Premium Age of Sa Zhenbing containers, which can be purchased from the Armory and Premium Shop. so I'd say the elements are not available in the 'normal' containers 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
