It implies either or both of those things. 1) You're a teamplayer, letting your BBs farm the BBs/ heavy cruisers you spot. Which is an achievement by itself because the max conceal of the Königsberg is 10.8 I think, which isn't amazing for a light cruiser... Interesting. 2) You had trigger discipline during this game. I got one myself, but on a DD. Basically, IIRC, I remained unspotted for most of the battle (largely because their DD on that flank was very very passive...).
