This is exactly right, but I seriously question your ability to a) know the path b) explain the path and c) make a coherent statement regarding this.

On the other hand one can argue anyone who actually listens to your ramblings only has himself to blame.

@tonschk get out as fast as your motion allows....

To late he is already caught up in that clan :Smile_sad:

Sounds like he has strayed from the path by wanting a commander that is better than most.

I wonder how long he'll remain in there? :Smile-_tongue:

I play often Golden league with the most difficult ship, for example i chose Elbing and take 21-skill captain out from it. There is no way you can debunk any of my such opinion or any of my standpoints, but good luck and take the money if you can.

You say you find it unethical to use the best equipment available. Your suggestion is to e.g. play Elbing with a subpar commander in Ranked. Isn't it unethical to punish your Ranked team with your subpar impact on the battle? If you try to be superior to your enemy, you say it is unethical. Yet if you try to be inferior, other people pay the price for your deliberate inferiority. Isn't it unethical to force your ethics upon others?

Wouldn't you need to find out exactly what impact your average opponent is expected to have and use exactly that equipment, so none of the teams gains any a priori advantage over having/ not having you in their team?

I salute your forbearance; I'm pretty sure I hit 'ignore' for this particular individual months ago, at least...!

All he wants here is to bring people to his forum. Anti-European. Where he insult us all as weaklings and "brainwashed European hive". (quotes)

This is not a lunatic but an organized effort to "explain confused European weaklings" where the truth lays - you can guess where. Along with explanations on how Ukrainian nation doesn't exist, etc etc...

He is on an assignment here.

tbh, i'm not sure if what i see and read is a reason not to worry ^^! i mean, not mean to dip into realms of projection and paranoia, BUT(!)....

@Seraphice@YabbaCoe, as i said: cringe is the most smooth term coming to mind. politically motivated usage of guerilla comm.-strategy is another.... edit: * "not-for-wows-clan"-recruiter a third......

dunno what handles u got, but in the most extrem paranoid pov "ur playerbase is under attack".... which proved to lately not necessarily always being wrong i guess...

The one with two** members?

Well, I suppose it gives an idea how well the recruitment drive is going given the fact that he's having to offer financial incentives...

** one of which was suspected to be his alt account.

Out of pure curiosity I actually took a dive into that forum. And before anyone does the same, this is an individual that most likely has a job, financial independence and is allowed to vote.

Bear that in mind.

Well, given that @Siagor seems to think he's a state actor (and we can all take a guess as to what that state is) I'm not sure votes are actually worth anything over there.

But, it is kinda worrying what people, that could be walking the same street as yourself, are thinking.

The other way is to just put two captains on the ship

Or do what they did on the MV Wilhelm Gustloff.

She was running with FOUR captains on her final trip.

I've been watching this topic in the background fascinated by the use of the English language in some posts, very hippy dippy, nonsensical faux philosopher and academic.

As a native speaker of the Enlgish language my final word on the subject would be...don't talk pish! :etc_red_button:

A now I bid you adieu.

Such people exist unfortunately. They need help. A medical one.
