Dumb question I know.

But I wanna save containers till next christmas. To see which ones are "better"

I know Blizzard unboxed a a few of their customers because lol preps for update.

But does wg automatically unbox your crates after a certain amount of time?

They dont expire but theirs a cap on how many you can store . i think its 100 but not 100% sure

Keep in mind that if on the future they alter the percentage or the items on the containers you store you will be affected , negative or positive but for sure knowing WG it will be most of the times negative changes

It's 100 of each type. When you reach the cap, the system automatically opens the new ones as you get them.

They don't expire but you can't store more than 100 of each type. When it crosses 100 they'll be opened automatically.

As Nauseica said, the crates don't expire. I've been keeping 3 WG containers for months to use their premium days when I see fit. One thing that did happen, though, was that the maximum amount you can keep was somewhat reduced -for it was a thousand (well, let's be precise, 999) overall- to a hundred of each type, as SmokingSerj and KillStealBoss pointed out.

Salute.

Really?! Considering your location...

Open all of them at once, and make a printscreen file of it. Save the file until next Christmas.

Theres a slight issue with that.

That could result in me getting

Anshan and Huange, loyang. For the third time. So i have to buy them back first

Usually old containers of the same type get adjusted with changes. And christmas containers all count as the same type I believe? So that would seem kind of pointless.

Save them for a while to make sure you won't get sold premiums again, I can see though. But why would you ever sell premiums? Even if you don't use them, you just open them up to be 'gifted' to you again. (As you obviously have found out already.)

Short term credit shortage with the massive clusters of tree regrinding that I do.

Again, I don't have much time. And im not gonna be  a dork and spend 80 bux on buying 30mil credits.

So i just sold premiums that I don't play and got for free.

Yea it bites me in the [edited]when I get a ship drop but. Short term its not that bad.

Didn't know that anybody can be short on credits these days. Especially using the credit boosters we're getting.

It's perfectly possible. As someone still building up and grinding through lines for the first time, I'm constantly short on credits myself. But then I just spend some time grinding them with premium IXs and such. Or the one time I didn't have the patience sold some of my hundreds of consumable camos I have lying around for money emergencies.

Selling premiums... As Cummingwood said, it works short term, but bites you in the arse long term. And I'm keeping my eye on long term gains here.
