Just buy 932 Sunlit Fair random bundles for 233k doubloons and 161 bundles of Sun Tokens for 241.5k doubloons (a grand total of 474.5k doubloons) and enlightenment will find you for the small price of approx. 1560 Euros.

If only you could whale enlightenment, then we'd have a lot more smart people in this game.

You will not get the credits for this manouver by this type of noobing. You will not get the necessary surplus with those results. The player must have bought credits etc..

Living in ignorance is easy and comfortable, who would be challenging their life by buying such a thing?

Why would they even want veterans if most of what they do is complain about WGs development decisions and always threaten to close their wallets? Its much easier to appeal to new players who are completely detached from the problems the veterans observe.

Also the Birthday coupon topic shows that even said veterans spend and are willing to spend a lot of money and how desperate they can be when waiting for that bonus. It doesn't suprise me that WG doesn't change up their monetization if everyone just takes it for what it is.

Wouldn't that solve all of WG's problems, I mean with making money and veterans complaining? Instead of trying to prevent people selling or leveling accounts for money, WG could just sell accounts themselves. The pleb whales don't want to play the game anyway. They just want a port full of rare ships and good stats. So WG could just generate accounts with arbitrary data entries and a predefined collection of ships. They call it the year 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 season-pass and you get the silver-lines of that year elited plus all premium ships that came out. Then you pay a surcharge for the desired winrate and number of battles. You give your credit card number ... et voilà ... you are now a super-unicum with 20k battles played, old Missouri, Belfast, all the stuff in port for just 10000€ 8000€ (-20%).

Now don't touch that account! Any action on your behalf will just kill your stats. Make screenshots. Call others noobs. Don't ever start playing the game.

It would save us the trouble of tolerating bot programs and players that play like such and WG would earn even more than with all that early-access and lootbox rip-off. After all, mind you, WG is not pay2win, but has always claimed to be pay2shortcut. And what better shortcut could there be than just cutting short on 7 years of playing the game, saving plebs thousands of hours of play time? So many people have stressed over the years that WG is a capitalist enterprise, not charity, and is entitled to do what they want. So everything has a price, right? It's the essence of capitalism. Why not sell the whole lot? Just go to work and earn money, so you don't have to work through inconvenient dockyard events in the evening. Bragging-rights for money. Isn't that why people buy sportscars, a Rolex or become president?

The account up there that started this topic is basically that, just the much smaller budget version.

It only works if real people with some skills are still playing, or whats the point of showing off and having bragging rights about something nobody cares about, so it's a fine line of monetizing to make the money WG really does need to keep the servers running without making it to P2W to drive people away and destroy the game's appeal?
