Nah man, the only way we are going to see Champagne outside of the lootboxes is in another dumb auction sale for the whales to spend truly ridiculous amounts on. But when you think about it, if you are prepared to drop a loooot of cash you may be in luck soon. WG does the "rare" premium auction thing at the start of a new ranked season, they already did it with Musashi and Belfast for tier 9 and 7 ranked, next season silver is going to be tier 8 only, i think Champagne is a prime candidate for the auction( the only other viable option at tier 8 is Enterprise, but that is CV so fewer will bid on her).

But if i can judge by my Borodino, which is almost identical in accuracy(only slightly worse vertical dispersion than Champagne) you will not be getting the broken citadel printing machine you likely hope for. Sure, you will get some cits, but you have only 6 guns and the vertical dispersion while very good is not "Slava" good, so most times you will shoot at a broadside expecting a citadel or 2 and all you get is full pen damage (or overpens if cruiser). Borodino and Champagne are consistent artillery platforms, but only the Slava can pull off the meme stuff most people expect of them.
