What happened to the players this week

I mean: a player need to have the skills, to be in a ship that have the capacity to carry, with a trained commander... and also to be in a context where isn't totally impossible to carry the team.

 

Example about me (not a good player): yesterday I was with my Ibuki in a T10 match... I tried, but that ship can't carry, or at least I can't in it.

I tried even to go DD hunting, but enemy team was... protective. At end match I was around 2 millions of potential damage (still alive).

Also I don't go over bronze in ranked (I don't try, my choice in this).

 

However, in my opinion: it's surely really hard, but I think that a good player, with the right ship and commander skills, in the right contest can theoretically win even 1 vs 4.

Sadly there isn't an answer at your question, because it's totally context dependent.

If you can carry in 1 vs 5, 1 DD that spot you and the others 4 snipers that outrange you, then you deserve a pat on the shoulder.

• you were not alone
• looks like the enemy are in range
• when the enemy shoot and hit you, they were not that bad
• I will never understand why people turn off the ship names of the enemy targets
• if one starts fighting long before the 5th minute of battle, winning gets easier

Correct, I was trying to help our DD against the enemy one.

In screenshot they are in range, but this is my second time going inside the cap: first one the Cossack spotted me and the enemy team shooted from dark. Instead firing back I concentrated into maneuvers (reason for 500k pot. damage).

Later I was forced to kite and stay at my max range, a lot of times when I shooted the enemies tried to catch me in crossfire.

I keep the names hidden to see enemies shots and gain time to evade (if my ship allow it), I can still activate full interface with Alt button. Preferences.

 

However I repeat my two statements:

1) I'm not a good player

2) if you can carry in this kind of situation, you deserve a pat on the shoulder

Mate, arguing with pete is like wrestling with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig loves it.

 

he’s not engaging with you to have a discussion, but to “ win” according to his own weird rules. I suggest you stop to preserve your own sanity.

For German carrier this battle is one step bellow having the enemy team comprised only by Halland, Stalin and Bourgogne. 

I feel actually sorry for the guy who had to play Max (or Richthofen) on a battle like this. 

 

But the majority of you are completely ignorant what I am talking about.  And that is the problem with the community of this game who are arrogant they know best while are ignorant about reality

So you think that his screenshot showed that he was fighting 1v5 vs enemies out of his gunrange?

This post serves mostly as a toxic rant more than anything. No need for this kind of toxicity here. If you have something to say, you can do it without calling all your teammates mentally handicapped. But if you were really wondering, no, nothing has changed.
