Then there's issue - if "hard" mode have higher rewards to, well, reward partaking in higher difficulty, you'd have all the scrubs flocking there to gain extra stuff. If you equalize rewards for easy and hard, then there would be little incentive to take on high difficulty when you could reliably-ish speedrun easy mode even with randoms. That's my idea. Even more easy to balance, I think. Could even be implemented to more tiers... like T5-6, T7-8, T9-10. Personally I'd like to play Operations, current and new with tier 8+ ships simply because I've grown bored of playing midtiers there. But so will people bring their ships to grind them in more-profitable-than-coop environment with intent of not getting their arse whooped like they do in Randoms. Sure, no or next to no rewards for loss might drive them away from Operations, but so would player numbers dwindle, indicating for WG Operations to be a failure not worth server processing power. Luckily the Veneto must have accidentally went into that direction which allowed me to kill the bots and close the distance to the aerodromes. After i healed up, the Amagi was running back towards the spawn, and the others didnt close the distance either. They were just going up and down pretty much. They are useless, no idea of positing or play the objectives. Or give those of us finishing top more than 400 basic xp for wasting 20 mins of our time. 3 out of 3 operations failed, WTF is up with wows players in the afternoon?
