Yeah? I can understand why people say CV  are a pain in the [edited], But i dont really have issues in my Moskova in Randoms, currently she is my Highest PR T10, and that is because i started playing her correctly.

 

I rate her far better of a pick than Yoshino, Yoshino is boring, would rather take out hindenburg.

Depending on what kinda player you are, all things being equal then the following:

 

1) Malta (the torps are mental) 

2) Maceau

3) Napoli and Moskva joint.

 

All of the above are competitive if that's your thing too.

 

Immelmann is a DD hunter CV so isn't a bad pick, but the Malta is better IMHO.  The Tromp is hard to play (no armour, slow AF, gets out gunned by a lot, eats damage) but has potential with it's gimmick and decent guns, but the Marceua should be first. Des is cheaper then the Salem. Yosh is a backline spammer that hardly wins any games doing it and the Bazan is yeah, give it as miss (needs a reload buff).
