All of these are still good ships with the exception of graff zeppelin, even thou it can still pull off its weight if you have hands. 

Khabarovsk should have been on list, leander should have been there, kronshtadt should have been there, z-35 the ship that was downtiered from t9 without any nerfs but is still trash and lets not forget the ship that you see almost every battle t6-10....the Fen yang!!!

For me, the only ship the nerfbat ever turned from most played ship to hardly ever touched again was the Gremyashchy when they removed stealth firing back in the stone age of WOWS. Granted the change was probably needed, but they really could have unnerfed its turret traverse when it lost its biggest strength.

It's annoying when he talks with supposed authority on matters he clearly has no clue about, and he's not a great player either.
This video for instance, you can see how he just constantly tunnelvisions on terrible targets and does bad moves, all the while spewing "facts" that are factually wrong (Smolensk 32mm pen for instance, as has been mentioned).
For instance, he has HE loaded in a Conqueror and an enemy GJ Maerker is right in front of him at 11kms rushing his sub in the cap, yet he keeps looking at a Vermont 23kms away to set more fires.
Absolutely trash levels of play there, and he does this throughout all of his videos, repeatedly.
Then add in all his old videos of BBs being supposedly weak, and its just too annoying to listen to.

He is a proper parody of a BB player, is the short version of it.

Yeah, your right, I know I got pretty pi__ed off with him a while back, had different opinions about some matter, cant remember what, unsubbed his channel and never really went back

Only upside is that he does do a first/second/final imperssion that can be useful and he does whale all ships on release

To put that in BB terms: It's like going from a standard 30s reload one day, to an absolutely atrocious 40s reload the next one.

Good point - luckily she received the TRB consumable so it made her a better torpedo boat.

I remember his Iwami review:

1. "short-range secondaries so I won't even bother building for them"
2. "if you play her as a sniper, how is she better than the Hizen?" (which has more guns in exchange for...reload, sigma, traverse, firing angles, concealment, deck armor, hp, extra heal, AA... )
