I thought "normal" weekends usually was the low points, but I dream of those days coming back after realising that weekends with snowflakes to polish off are by far much worse!

The level of play in my first 5 matches of today is beyond description! All steamrolls of course, but we are talking 1 ship down on 1 team and 90% down on the other before 10 minutes are gone. Evene the winning side complains how boring it is becoming! I alter between the loosing and winning side so this is not a loss streak rant....

I would only like to offer my apologies to "normal" weekends and welcome them back ASAP!

Not only that it's boring, but bots are really salty. I got 4 reports yesterday in coop I kid you not.

This is the time of the year that many players come back to see what they get in Santa crates. And they're rusty as hell. Now imagine a guy that was a bad player + rusty and has no idea about any ships that came in the last year or so... Getting smashed and then you have to carry his sorry rear end.

I just had a guy in Alaska with 44% WR that last time played the game in January 2021. This is extreme example but yeah, it happens. Mostly you'll see guys that were inactive for few months.

Agree 1000 %, but also the "regular" days you play start to look more and more like this at all times, which makes you not even caring any longer. Just farm as much damage as you can (which is easy with all new Superships) while your teammates suicide in drones and then collect some new shiny thing (daily reward/battle pass/Missions) on your way out. If not for sunk cost fallacy was a thing most players would have left this game a long time ago.

 

About 1 in maybe 30 games is actually fun. Rest is just more like work, dont even get me started on the "competitive" side in Ranked where I would probably like to have bots on my team instead of the so-called human players. Havent touched that in years, and every time I see a Youtuber do it I get reminded of why (Oh... our 3 DDs suicided in the first 2 minutes?! Cool....).

Think I lost 2 Karma after one Noobport-Ops (me losing Karma in Ops is quite uncommon generally speaking). Can`t say for sure because I haven`t checked my Karma before that match.

All I can say is that I only played Ops and Coop, no Ranked and no Randoms of course.

I would assume I had the likes in a lot of my Ops-teams recently.

Just to give you an example:

 

Two Tier VI/VII Cruisers charged westward in Noobport (I think they intended to move to better firing positions). The second wave was underway, the third wave was about to spawn (yes they sailed right towards them).

Because of my experience I knew for certain what was going to happen. And so it did.

They got killed by the second wave BBs/Torpedoes.

 

At that point we were down three or even four ships.

I couldn`t even be bothered to ask them to return - they were inexplicably bad/ignorant (my take based on my experience) that I considered even the attempt to ask them to correct their behaviour a waste of energy.

When the main attack was underway we had two ships left in the team.

You get the picture.

Yeah weekdays are sadly looking more and more like weekends. And I try rank every now and then, but my nerves are simply not up to it!!😂😂
