Specifically the way Combat Instructions is supposed to work. tl;dr you need to use volley fire instead of continuous or single-click in order to make progress towards being able to use Combat Instructions. And dispersion can screw you over twice - by missing, and by denying you Combat Instructions, because the majority of your shells (8/10 per salvo on the t10) have to hit. It's good that WG are coming up with new mechanics for upcoming lines, but more RNG and restricting existing game mechanics that players are used to having (choice of firing modes) isn't ideal. I'm not against the concept, but it should be simplified to "each hit counts towards using Combat Instructions". No need to mandate volley-fire.

in all Honesty, it is a disgrace of a gimmick. Ask your self why people play WOWS  and not Dreadnought. Could it be  that we want something vaguely tied to reality.

Since this is still deep in development I´d almost wager that, as is often the case, the stats are subject to change. And with a mechanic like this I´m pretty sure there will be adjustments before this comes even close to release.

So I give this a raised eyebrow at most; gotta wait a bit and see where this goes.

"our"? Are you a dev or affiliated with WG in any way?

Also accusations of alcohol abuse and calls to "troll them hard" are hardly even close to a mature "solution". What are you, some drama queen so bored you get your kick out of trash talking an arcady ship battle game?

I dare say the issues you have aren´t directly connected to World of Warships. This goes for a few others on this forum too, btw.

It's bound to happen that they reuse ships, use more ship types like subs, and start adding more gimmicks. In a vehicle-based game like this, that stuff is the content that keeps players in the gameplay loop.
