Unfortunately there is no flag which resembles Romania there. Which is kind of a shame because many other navies got at least a flag. WG has been in Romania at 15th August, it was the perfect opportunity to launch a Romanian ship or at least a flag, to attract casuals. What even is the point of coming here during Navy's Day if there's absolutely nothing Romanian in the game? Celebrating the RO navy by playing other navies? OP if you really want a Romanian flag you can do it by modding. There is a tutorial here Basically you can replace any flag with a flag you want. I think it still works, I used it several months ago. The main issue is copying it every update which is kinda annoying. Technically it can be done via Aslain's pack custom mods but I haven't tried it yet.
