The 1st one apeared as comnnection problem after the battle was started and I already made some damage to enemies. Then when I re-loged in i had an "inactive" penalty that caused me not only resources but a winning star that is crusial for me to pass to next ranked battles leaque. I made a ticket to Customer Support as I did in the past. So far no answer. For my surprise I saw my previus ticket about a player that threaten my life directly in messages in past May "still in progress"... So do we have customer support or not? My previus exp with customer support was very pleasant and friendly and solved all my questions or my issues. But what is going on today? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

What? For me they solve the issue in 2-3 days. And about your current situation.... Yeah this thing has been just implemented into the game, they penalise for being afk. The question is - his long does it take for you to login again into the game. I made a ticket 2 weeks ago or so (on NA server), it remained "in progress" for like 9 days, then I got an automated answer telling me that if I still have the problem, to answer to that message and someone will have a look.
