PSA: Unavailability of uploading pictures on forum

Due to technical difficulties, it is currently not possible to upload pictures to the forum. Same issues affect previously uploaded pictures or pictures in signatures.

We are currently working on a fix and we will update you once the fix is deployed.

It is are fixed not was fixed because then it sounds like it is unfixed again @YabbaCoe sorry could not help it

Technically...  as it is issue, but not issues, shouldn't that be "is" instead of "are"?

Well using the word "was" actually means that the problem was fixed and now it is not fixed @YabbaCoe however I did understod what you ment was just pulling your leg aka joking 

You can use either "are" or "is" thats perfectly fine.
