Rewards from Public Test Server not received on Live

Hi All,

 

I have recently started playing on the PTS todau to eanr some extra community tokens and have completed the missions but nothing has been received on my main account on the live server. Is there usually a delay in receiving them or do I need to somehow link them together (I use the same account on the WG Game Center to launch both servers so would assume they are linked already?).

You can expect the rewards to appear on your account within several days of a new update being released.

You will get it in 4+ weeks time... this is normal... the pop-up info will be in port...

You get the rewards of the current PTS few days after the new patch hits. So if you more played PTS 0.11.10 then you'll get the rewards few days after 0.11.10 hits live server (when the update is on Thursday or Wednesday then you'll get them upcoming Monday or Tuesday)
