Battle Pass Coming

WG is training new players to have to play every day and pay real money each month to get few in-game currencies. If you can't play for few days, you better spend more money to make up the missed progress or say goodbye to end of the month (chain) rewards. 

 

I'm soo happy I have enough in-game resources not have to get involved in this. 

 

Feel sorry for new players coming into this game. Good luck unlock techtree ships and 21pt commanders when WG is removing/reducing credits and flags earning.

Have a battle mode where in Premium Battle Pass, you can select and pay for battle modes as follows:

 

Mode 1: All ships, but No Carriers

Mode 2: All ships, but No submarines

Mode 3: All ships, but No CV's and No submarines

Mode 4: No Arms Race mode

Mode 5: No Radar ships and No Hydro ships.

Mode 6: No Battleships only

Mode 7: No Cruisers only

Mode 8: No Destroyers only

Most likely it will be nothing for whales and veterans, with compensation being low for doubles, maybe free XP or somesuch.

And WoWS has never developed the amount of extras WoT has. So there's little on the table I would want to spend money for.

Regardless of the reward i will skip on this, the game is just in too bad of a shape and too toxic to play it on a daily basis... not to mention that with the submarines around i feel like any money paid for this game is a waste.

 

But on the positive probably i will still get some minor rewards even if i ignore it completly , so thats a nice little bonus.

Battle passes usually have at least twice the value that they actually cost. Otherwise no one would buy it.

This is WG, this is WoWS, where CMs tell you you are farming detonation flags.

The only problem is here that a lot of people value things in WoWs vastly differently than WG, e. g. WG thinks that 5000 doubloons is perfectly reasonable for a camo in the new system

Is this like this VIP thing from Mobile Games where you get Rewards for Playing and then basicly you can get additional Rewards if you Pay for a Vip Subscription. And when where even if you already Finished half the Tree you can still buy the VIP Subsrcription to get all the Premium Rewards you missed ?

Well reading the dev blog and it seems that as well as the pay there will be free play battle mode which will replace the daily missions and provide rewards still.

 

Will need to evaluate what actually lands but would appear that possibly that the current daliy mission rewards will be the free play rewards

Maybe, but almost every game i play, the battlepass always gives you at least 5x the value of its price.

It is not worth to pay for this game anymore, WG ruined it completely with the CV rework and subs. It is no longer the game I liked to play, it is becoming purely crap.

I see a lot of negativity towards the concept of BP. Clearly what we need to improve public opinion is a symbol that customers can relate to and gather around.

Pretty sure, majority of the veterans of the game & a 'fool and his money (are easily departed)' would pay Dubloons to play for those modes.  Surprised WG didn't implement this by now, since their drive towards the profit margin is clearly  boosted.

WG is just raising the grind levels to ridiculous levels, given that this game is basically PvP arena type game with some bot modes slapped on and no real progression except for ship tiers and how long an average battle lasts going for this level of grind in hope to boost login numbers and show the game is not withering is well pathetic tbh and not only that but they are trying to milk even more money in the process on top of all that... 

 

Those guys upstairs are really out of touch with the real world

Looks to me like a little bit more free stuff and if you spend money, more stuff. 
It does not seem to negatively influence gameplay so I do not mind.

 

I might even buy it, depending on value for money. But from what I have seen (tier-7 ship I think and 10 pt captain) isn't worth that much though.

I have lots of tier-7's and no need for any 10pt captains (which can be bought with 1500 dubs anyway).

So Guys and Gals, open your wallet even further as the cost of living went up. look at this like the gas and electric bills and petrol. You want to go somewhere faster (thats your car with petrol) bring your wallet, you want to go slow, just pay when you want to go  (thats your petrol).

if you play daily you get something but expect the gas and electric company to join in as:- that, my friends, is life!
