i got permanent ban

I need help. I played world of tanks from 2012 and world of warships from about 2016 and i never had any problems. This summer i didnt play since 31.5. 2022 and 2 days ago i tried to play again and i found out that i am banned from all the games permanently. Also got banned from the games i didnt even play once like wows blitz. They wont let me to even send a ticket . In wot i have over 50 premium tanks and almost all tier x and in wows over 20 and half of all tier x ships. What can i do to get my acc back i dont use illegal mods or anything like that. I even got a few days ago a mail from them to come back and play because it wargaming birthday soon and there will be some free gifts and bonuses. Also i need to mention that my clan still see me in game and all my ships and tanks are still there... I spent too much money and time to be just banned like that . And if i didnt try to play i wouldnt know that i am banned because no one ever sent me any warning... What can i do ? Help please.

Well be can't even contact player support to explain the issue.... Well that's an odd thing that I never saw. Might be that someone hacked his account, cause it says "security reasons", nothing about payment.

Payment iussue in a free to play game? O_o  Is that possible? Also, in the second image he posted it does says "you have been banned", although that's WoT and not WoWs.

You are aware that one can buy stuff in this game and how F2P games work in general?

Since you might really not know this. Yes it is possible and you will get banned from Wargaming for this. If you make a payment for an item in store and than revert or cancel the payment process afterwards, you will get banned for payment issues.

 

This usually happens in every f2p when the account got stolen or the user made a mistake, like spending 500$ drunk and reverting it.

You have been playing for a while and you didn't see that there's a premium shop? Every F2P game has some monetisation.

I didn't know that since i've never once tried to revert or cancel a payment in any game i've ever played. I've never had a reason to. Seems kinda ridiculous that you can get permanently banned for trying to get back your own money. Usually when someone makes a mistake or regrets a purchase in a game they just contact game support and get refunded. I honestly never heard before of people getting permabanned for it.

Not sure about this.

Here it says "locked permanently", "banned" and "you are not allowed to create a ticket".

If an account is locked for a payment issue you get a different message and you are still able to contact the customer support. At least i could still chit chat with the CS to solve a transaction problem some time ago.

And the lock is usually temporary until the matter is sorted out.

That can be a bit problematic when you already used up the stuff you bought...

Did OP fumble around with various VPN networks, so he was security checked as someone who logs in from various places in the world within a short period of time?

Yes, i know. I've used it before. And i also know that every F2P game has a cash shop in game which sells various items in exchange for money (the company has to make a revenue after all). But usually when someone gets permabanned from a game is because they hacked someone else's account, or because they used illegal mods to get themselves an unfair advantage over other players, not because they asked for a refund or stuff like that.

Asking for a refund is nothing that gets your account locked. Taking your money back without asking the other party for agreement can get your account locked.

The issue here that he can't even send a ticket to solve the problem. And that's the weird part.

Hello everyone and thank you for your answers, especially Crysantos. I got this reply and I don't know what to reply to it. How is it possible for that to happen? I have to pay 500 euros to get my account back. And I checked my bank account and there are no transactions. They only have transactions that I made. Should I really believe that the amount of 500 euros was made in my acc bey no evidence other than their word. Since I made an acc for both ships and tanks, I spent at least 5 times more money on wargaming. Whenever I've bought something myself, I've never asked for a refund... In my country, by law, you don't have to pay anything if it's not shown to you in black and white with the correct information about the transaction. I really don't know what to think or do now.

As account is common in all WG World of "X" games maybe it's more WoT case? Sometimes bank can stop transaction if they suspect something not right.

 

 

153k of dubs worth content is so big ammount that it seems more like error.

No i didnt. someone did try to send me gift but i didnt want to recieve it so i never opened it, just deleted the email. Later  I got an email from wg that since I didnt open it they returned it to the sender.

Then it really looks like someone hacked your account.

You should ask WG if they can remove the stuff that was added to your account.

They Admit it was a hacker so can you not ask them to roll the account back to just before the 1st transaction. They may need to confirm the account is in the hands of the original owner therefore they could possibly send you a prompt to reset the password and then you 2fa the account. i guess that is he only real option.

I know when i had an issue in WOT many years ago i had to send them proof of purchases i made in order to get the phone number removed from my account as i no longer had access to it.

Can you enter account management and extract a complete copy of your data hnder privacy policy? I never di it, but it should also contain a liet of transactions as far as GDPR is concerned (payment data).

 

Nontheless i is strange you should pay to reactivate an account WG considers as being hacked. They shoud ensre you setup all sexuriy mechanisms (chang mail, password, add / change 2FA) and then let you continue to play.
