Huh, if that holds water it looks like an upgrade for me, for a while anyway. +40/200/800/600% cred/xp/cmxp/fxp for most of the time. Typically now I run like 20/150/250/300 or so. Weird. Now you just focus on the single FXP bonus ( together with the double FXP coefficient) while reserving your highest XP bonus on ships you want to level.
