Takes 30 seconds or more for your captain to appear. 'Not Responding' comes from the top left of the page... A white haze appears on your screen.. Try to actually get into a game and it's 20, 30, even 40 seconds after the game starts before you're in... CV_SUB_Report_Blacklist Players 1,045 posts 21,881 battles Report post #5 Posted June 16, 2022 it is not a server issue ,,, it is completely the client and your machine issue ... first of all ... the game in windowed mode is sluggish and laggy and so bad ... play in full screen only ... after that you may open task manager and see how much cpu and gpu and ram consumed and monitor it ... A server hickup is unable to crash a program that is running on your local machine. So any other suggestions? thats strange ... i dont know whats wrong with your machine , but i am running the game atm and i tried changing ships and ships comes is no time , less than a second ... would you try playing with your graphics ? maybe it is the problem ... here is mine for reference ... if nothing went well ... i suggest you to remove all mods if you have some of them ... then try again .. if still .. try repair the game from WG client .. if still . try the game in safe mode .. still ? re install the game ... if still .. throw your machine at the wall . and make sure to get a citadel ... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Oh and my Hard Drive check came back fine. It's clean, doesn't need a defrag... Funny the problems I am experiencing have come after the latest update.... Never had this issue before.... if there were an issue with the server , then all players will suffer from the issue , if not , then it is not a server issue , there is many choice boxes and things that one of them maybe the culprit , that's why re install could solve it as last resort ... Having something to do with the games files not being loaded in time. Just what causes it is yet unknown.
