It should be available for minimum 1 week or up to 4 weeks (update duration). But I highly recommend not to gamble there. If 360 days is your first package go for it, but no more. It isn't worth it.

Sometimes I feel like a broken record - I'm not a WG employee and can therefore stand my point on any matter.

Would be interesting to know, as you can simply buy 360 days of premium for 24k doubloons.

300 spins of the wheel, 222 of those gives you only 1 token, 60/300 gives out 10 tokens and only 18/300 gives out 30 tokens.

You need 100 tokens to "unlock" that 360 days. 250 gold per spin... something tells me OP ends up somewhere near 24k gold spent. :Smile_sad:

my first is 90 days prem ...

i said wow i am lucky i can pay 2500 for 10 tokens to get it , not a bad deal ...

then i spent my whole dubloons to get these 10 tokens ...

then i went to get my 90 days but ...

somehow number 1 managed to marry number 0 and another 0 were born there next to them ...

i felt what a mistake i did , i opened a ticket asking to refund my dubloons 8 hours ago , still waiting for response ...

i didnt play single battle because there is 2 days prem active after the purchase ...

i hope they will refund me ... it is all dubloons i got  ...

it is waste to pay 2500 for 10 tokens that cannot give you something worthy ...

This system is random on different levels and is making it extremely hard to figure out what you are possibly paying for what. Hence I wouldn't try to gamble it. If you're after premium time buy it at the beginning of the year for 50% off.

I can out myself as a whale, but I didn't pay a single dubloon on either the french early access nor will I pay a dubloon on this gamble.

WG calls it a event but it is nothing but a scam filled with lootboxes inside lootboxes so dont use any doubloons on them @Ziffer7

This is your opinion. But, like all things/events WG does this too is signed off by the legal department as "legitimate". That it is pure gamble is no debate, you can get really lucky (know someone who had both french cruisers in package 1 and 2) and get a big package for few dubloons while getting a big payout at the same time. But you can also get immense unlucky. Is it a scam then? Wouldn't say so. It's much more aiming for people not looking into it enough by just seeing the payout i.e. 360 days premium, or just the potential payouts and not taking into perspective what this will cost them and what it would cost under normal, directly bought, circumstances.

But this doesn't affect my opinion on this matter. It's something to be ignored completely. The possible payouts aren't worth the input.

The biggest problem for me is that this game is approved down to 12 years and WG tempts children down to that age to go out and use real money for doubloons so that they can try and get all the goodies. And it is a well know fact that military personnel who have been stationed in conflict zones have a higher risk of becoming addicted to gambling and I should know it because I have been stationed in conflict zones and have been addicted to gambling just because of the rush you get while trying to get the pot @SkipperCH.

Without going into detail, because this would blow up like it always does - Everybody had the possibility to sue. In Germany there is an organization called the "Zentrale für Verbraucherschutz" (customer protection agency) which some people contacted and simply got told that it is problematic from a morale standpoint, but not problematic from a legal standpoint.

I won't defend these actions. No. It got better in regards to containers, but the problem is - You won't get rich by being nice. And as a company money is the sole interest.

Approved for 12 years by rating agencies, yes. But the EULA states that you need to be 18 or older to be allowed to play or be supervised by a legal guardian. I can't and I won't argue that the game is aiming at the abuse of potential gambling addictions. This should be clear. But, like I also stated, this is absolute industry standard. Morally problematic yes, legally absolutely not.

Since we dont know how WG is operating regarding lootboxes where they may have done it so that some persons wins the big pots and the rest just get crap then I will call it a scam @SkipperCH
