Both those boats are terrible at what they do.

If you want to win, why dont you pick a competetitive boat instead of grinding stock ships? Unless you're a masochist and really like to play those things.

If I take a look at you random battle stats:

Most played DD: Elbing, 28 games, 32% WR

Most played BB: Colombo, 175 games, 41% WR

Most played CV: Nakhimov, 341 (!) games, 50% WR

Most played CA/L: Hermelin (!), 115 games, 79% WR (which means nothing in T1 bot battles)

When you cannot play your completely OP bias CV, you have to play a class which you obviously can't handle.

Your teams might be bad, but you should not point a finger.

How about you analyse your own ability / contribution in those games for us so we can make a  judgement of where the fault really lies. It's rather typical of people to always look to another for blame, but ask yourself, were you in fact better than any of those people in the teams you played with? My guess is no. So why post nonsense about them and not yourself?

Schultz and Lepanto are probably the worst picks for T9 ranked, they're not necessarily bad ships, but they are in ranked.
Playing T1+T2+T3 against bots does not prepare you for T9 ranked against humans.

Play ships like Lepanto and Schultz, blame the team for loss.

Priceless.

The problem with this .... you are dependant from these kind of players in gold league/qualification...

Personally I think there should be 2 immediate changes to Ranked Battles for whatever tier is used by WOW

1/ Do away with the present form of level progress, as I think it restricts the advancement of a lot of players in ranked, particularly the better players (of which I am not) and causes a lot of friction between players, replacing it with a system whereby once you have won for example 4 games at a level you would then automatically advance to the next level upwards (losing battles should not cause a deduction and loss of stars) at the same time do away with the saving of stars if you're on the losing team and if you happen to be top scorer in that team. This way you would still need to (in my example) win 36 games to get from level 10 to 1. I personally would not change the format for promotion from bronze to silver to gold that is already in place.

2/ Only ships that have been acquired through the upto date tech trees should be allowed in ranked battles, it is I think unfair to have ships in battle that are not available to all players simply because those players joined WOW after a ships status has been change by WOW making some of them unavailable and unobtainable to all players.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             I give you the present Ranked battles whereby the Missouri and the Musashi are in use, (the Musashi is a tier 10 in all but name anyway)

I,ve posted this only as food for thought shipmates and not to start arguments, so the question is how would you reorganise Ranked if you could?

You are playing ranked, which has better players on average with experience from T10, influencing how the battles are played out.
According to your random stats, you are not comfy at T10 play, and when you then get into ranked where your mistakes count even more, you're gonna have a bad time.
Also, bad boats with little carry potential.

I had very low hopes for my team.

Z-44 players usually sink very fast.

Many Yugumos play very recklessly

Most FDGs snipe 80% of the time and then throw away their ships when they should run away. ( My surviving FDG actually turned around and sailed to cover when Benham was our only threat.) :cap_like:

Lepanto... well its a Lepanto in ranked.

My team had 2 good players, 2 average players and 2 not so good players.

I guess enemy lost their hope when they lost their Jutland and Kitakaze, while we had only lost our Z44.

Lepanto I cannot say anything about. Other than I dont recall quiverring in my wellies (what else do YOU wear onboard??😳🤔) when seeing one on the enemy team.

Schultz on the other hand, I can. Its NOT a dd, but a light cruiser that depends on someone else doing the spotting. Schultz in ranked means you doom your team to 1 less dd than the enemy. Thus lowering your win chance right off the bat. Unless you are very good with it.
But unicums can carry their team playing in their grandma’s leeking bathtub with a peashooter. We are talking about 95% of the player base now and then the schultz is just the wrong choice.
After loosing 5 maybe 6 ranked games in a row no one is above rageplaying out of sheer frustration. And we are not simply picking on you or putting you down when we say that the only constant in all your games is you. Goes for all of us.
But until you recognise the problem you cannot improve. Hacking on blaming your team every time will not improve things.
Change you boat to start with and try some new ones.

Were you playing Asashio yesterday? I distinctly recall a HEROZ Asashio spotting for my Groningen like a chad.

If that was you, nice one mate. Seeing actual teamwork in ranked is almost unprecedented :P.

The thing is, I spot someone who is a competent player on that screenshot, as long as he has support behind. What I witnessed regarding him in the battle we participated in: exchanging his Edinburgh for an Alaska (and a low HP Jutland) thanks to being closely followed by Rupprecht and Friesland (and me mopping up their vector of approach of a Kitakaze with torps sent from an unexpected direction, but that was a matter of luck to a certain degree), thus ending top in score.

Back on topic, neither Lepanto nor Schultz are good choices in ranked, for they don't bring extra punch or utility and both are very MM and teamplay dependent. And, as @OldPappy said, just a handful of defeats in a row should've been enough to call the day, because the more frustrated you get, the worse you play. I know of a very good player (WR in the lower unicum region) who probably is still pulling his hair in the qualifications for Gold, but his own choices of ships are in part to blame.

Salute.
