I'd suggest that you  need to run a pingplotter (it traces the path between you and the game router) for a starter.  There are other things you can do before you tag WG personel.

I had bad ping for a while yesterday but I closed down Google and things improved.

For the purpose of getting a compensation, yeah, my ping must have been quite bad that game I lost!

Concerning anything else, I didn't notice any issues yesterday. Apart from supershits. And subs.

Like already mentioned - Please use the PingPlotter to verify the source of the ping problem. Speaking from experience it's usually caused by a faulty routing point inside of an ISP's network. And in addition to that out of reach for either yourself (since it's usually not the ISP you've got a contract with) and for WG since it's also not their network (most of the time that is).

Got lags too towards wargaming.com (I lose approximately1 packet over 4).

No lags towards google.com, youtube, anything else is usually use.

Considering pingplotter : it shows the packet loss comes from the link between my ISP and ipv4.de-cix.fra.de.as199524.gcorelabs.com, which is hosting Wargaming servers apparently.

I have the same problem since yesterday. No it is still not fixed and yes it is a WG servers issue. All other games working just fine. Not thanking you  "forum heroes" for your ultra condescending comments such as the one I just quoted below....

Pingplotter is the start to diagnose problems.  I've had problems with latency in WoT before and running similar software helped identify that is was a server on the route that was the problem and not a WG server.  It was owned by BT and not WG.  I was able to speak to a BT engineer who was able to explain that they were having some intermittent problems.  While they did sort it out a month later i had a similar problem but I ended up speaking to BT India and they suggested I turn off my router (which we were using to have a text conversation with).

When trying to resolve technical issues it helps if you can run some diagnosis checks to help work out where the problem is.

In the past WG has had problems with servers but that tends to affect most players.

Please point out where the condescending comments are in the post I made let alone ultra condescending ones?  I offered some advice on how to diagnose a problem before asking for help from a WG staff member who no longer works on WoWS.

Is there an issue with the EU server?

I have been trying to log in over the last two hours and have yet to reach Port...

Not that I am aware of - I logged in about 20 minutes ag with no problem and have had one battle  There are about 19.6K players on the EU server at the moment.

I think ther s big problems depending of our internet provider, BUT the problem is from WG EU WOWS servers cause tests are fine for WOT.

What is regretable, ther s no informations, no update of my ticket, and since 48h we r punished to play WOWS, punish for ranked, punish for clan wars, punish to play our premiums days,  whithout knowing what s happening
