How can i refund Azure Lane Captains?

I want to return my purchased captains. Is it possible? Because they have nothing skills.

They said they can't get a refund. This is ridiculous because they sell captains without special skills and I didn't know about it. It's a shame.

Ok I ll bite - did you actually read the description in the shop before buying or did you just assume they have to be something really really special just because they are expesnive?

I didn't read the description carefully but thought they were special because they were expensive. I was spend 25.000 doblon :D I think they should have mentioned this as well. I can't play the game because of this problem.

Don't forget the squeaky voiceovers! To be fair to the OP, clearly impractical and utterly unfeasible anatomy was not what they wanted, hence the request for a refund.

Never were information that such captains have enchanced skills. Enchanced skills and talents have Legendary commanders, which are only few and WoWs wiki lists them. Enchanced skills ( but no talents )  had only few captains sold for dubloons and coal which are also listed on WoWs Wiki. Other captains not listed on WoWs wiki for 99,99999(9)% didn't have any enchanced skills.

Always carefully read everything before buying stuff. And when it comes to wows, go watch some reviews on youtube too. It's just common sense.

 

Look on the bright side. You're pretty much set, when it comes to 10 point commanders.

The real question is why did you expect a "special" skill? And you have one. They make you smile with special voicelines . Or were you expcting some MYSTERY skill (TM)?
