They are part of the problem.

You have very unequal skill levels on these ships. The skill gap became bigger.

getting stomped with no subs or cv playing though, i admit giving a Tier X sub to someone with 50 games isn't probably a good idea and CVs are just a joke, but right now the game is dire to play........ this really is getting less fun

Which happend before...

With Subs and the increased popularity of CV since 2020 it became more frequent.

Played 5 games today. None were under 10 mins, 3 went to 15 mins game and 2 went to 13 mins. Only 1 was a "stomp". Be grateful you play on EU. Then you'd know about rolls and quick games.

It's even worse when your team completely demolishes the enemy in a matter of minutes, in my opinion at least. Because in those cases you basically do nothing. 

 

But ColonelPete is right. Constant spotting and broken ships mean average-good players will absolutely shred the bad ones on the opposite team. 

 

Most games are very uninteresting at this point.

after the last few days i do not feel grateful at all being on the Eu server, it's been a fustercluck of biblical proportions

Stomps are no fun for either side, only for WG , last game I played last night before I gave up, half my team had less than 300 random matches at T8 with <35% WR and the lowest the enemy had was 3500 with 42% WR, WG balance in effect.

11 battles today, 11 complete blowout battles, might aswell have been afk in every single one of them and the outcome would hve been the same.... Now imagine what that must mean...

The NA server is just as bad. WG's goal is to get rid of all the veteran players and make sure the playerbase is too incompetent to know how bad the game is. It's the same everywhere. It's much harder to carry, to hold up win rates, to get damage, and above all, to find enjoyable matches. 

If only this game had been given to staff and devs who really cared about it.... at least the art department does.

I assume that you have never played on NA  before. Its sad and mindblowing but players in NA server are just more stupid than players in EU.

Sadly these poor CC games can only be watched live on stream but are not uploaded mostly, since it would turn off a lot of players. Same for WoT. Like ~85% of the games are utter rofl stomps. Who in their right minds would start and even begin to play such bs fiesta.

Yeah, but the worst ones are those who barely manage a 45% win rate at tier 10 and then blame and abuse their team.

I dunno how you can get that, except if you just FF-ing around... even I get around 50% and I am as potato as they come. 

Might be if you only play the ships that you suck at or that have been nerfed into oblivion or something. 

And yes some lower tier ships need to be grinded to get the good T10... (yes, Buffalo I am looking at you...).

 

Part of it IS the team though, most people nowadays seem to have no understanding at all what to do. 

I see DDs surfing the rear border... or YOLO to cap and die first 3 minutes. The ones that do not are getting quite rare. 

I know I am totally shite in a DD nevertheless I manage to end top half of the team, holy crap. 

 

But it is mostly the games themselves - often ending before you can even get 5 good shots off in a BB. 

And it also happens A LOT that I cap in a DD (not yolo in... but take it when possible... ) and then I cap it, and meanwhile the whole team is dead and the enemy have the other caps.

And hurray here they all come in to win harder, lots of food for my torpies... except the timer runs out and I cannot even kill one. LMAO.

I know I am potato but... I kinda doubt this is all my fault... might be though LOLLLLL

I'm not talking about you, sorry if you misunderstood. And with 50% you're not a potato, you are average (same as me, btw, you just feel potato when being outplayed by unicums, also same as me). But someone here is insulting all players on EU servers because apparently they won't carry him, and boy, eight horses ain't enough for that carriage.

 

But I'm interested, I guess on a 'better' server his win rate should drop some more, because on average the enemy team is also better. So, to the contrary, he should go to the 'worst' server possible. But I guess the issue is, that the team doesn't want to play his idea of tactics, and he could even be right and have brilliant plans, but playing them alone isn't going to help.

"Tato is a tato and they are everywhere" is a different discussion than, "one server having lower quality game play than one another due to higher number of tatos".

Potatos on the team randomize the results. They do unexpected things, sail behind islands where they're useless for the next five minutes or throw the game on a 5 to 2 advantage because they can't cap and get killed one by one. But on average you have the same spread per team, so it shouldn't make a difference across the servers.

Unfortunatly potato CVs have the biggest influence, followed in a far distance by DDs and unicum divisions have an even higher impact when the average player skill is low. Especially if they bring their own CV or superships or, heavens forbid, super CVs.
