Started playing WoWS, bought these premiums

I am veteran WoT player, I've almost all premiums there so I know the value of the premium in WG franchise.

 

I bought these:

Congress

Borodino
Mainz
Atago
Alabama

Hornet
Warspite
Roma (with Kobayashi thing)
Duke of York
Giuseppe Verdi (for secondaries build and co-op fun)
P. Bagration
Cossack

Are those "THE GOOD" ones?

I like the Congress and Cossack for some reason :D

I don't think I will buy more anytime soon, I guess these are very good, I don't play them except sometimes. Mostly focused on V and VI Randoms learning the game basics

Congress - decent, but Alaska is seen as better, but the Alaska is seen as overpowered.

Borodino - not sure
Mainz - Meant to be good
Atago - Classic, and seen as a gem, but hard to play.
Alabama - good, but massachusetts is seen as strictly better

Hornet - Bad.
Warspite - VERY good
Roma (with Kobayashi thing) - meant to be ok
Duke of York - OK but tech tree version is seen as better.
Giuseppe Verdi (for secondaries build and co-op fun) - not sure
P. Bagration - not sure
Cossack - not sure

Yeah, good idea to ask AFTER you bought them...

 

And no, premiums are not really that important (should be obvious when you play them so rarely) and you can get many for free or playing a lot.

The only time spending money is really a good idea is the warspite, and probably the JB and alaska on black friday, or if you want Kaga.

Duke of York, hydro and AP only saving feature.

Hornet, there are better premium CVs

P. Bagration exception to the rule. (Not all russian prem.ships are OP.)

Congress: Alaska black at black Friday is much better.

Borodino: It's a good ship for connoisseurs who seek variety, not beginner friendly. 
Mainz: Generally considered good/fun. 
Atago: Very good, best kiting experience in the game
Alabama: Tech tree NC is better, Massachusetts black is also better and more fun.

Hornet: I don't know.
Warspite: She's good but you could have gotten her for free in the buddy program.
Roma (with Kobayashi thing): It's a love/hate ship. The guns are unreliable but very nicely uptier because of the high penetration value. Armor is very strong except broadside. Beginners will get frustrated with the guns, also AA is a joke.
Duke of York: Very enjoyable average ship, but you can get her free for coal.
Giuseppe Verdi (for secondaries build and co-op fun): Don't have her but seems to be a fun ship, but overpriced. I'd have rather get Jean Bart Black for the same price.
P. Bagration: Don't have her, but Atago is much better. It's for people seeking variety or completionists.
Cossack: Very good and fun.

Let's dump 200 Euros into premium ships." If this isn't the beginning of a series of brilliant ideas, I don't know what else it is. Anyway, thanks for financing our servers with ~10 Euros and WG's greed with 190 Euros.

You didn't check the ships before buying them if they're good or not? gameplay and stuff? Like if YouTube doesn't exist.... and why so many premiums at once? As a biginner you should be sure you wanna play this game for longer than 3 months before investing anything in it. Unsless you don't care wasting your money, but that's on you.

All I'm seeing is a whole lot of money dumped while still being a tadpole, so to speak.

But hey, it's your money honey. 

 

To answer your question, none of them are bad. A few are very good, but some are stronger in their own tiers compared to others, relative to the competition at said tiers. 

eg. Atago and Warspite are very strong. On the other hand, Hornet is good plus novel but there are more efficient tier 8 CVs for free and for money.

I've played 20k world of tanks games also. It's not worth paying for premiums.. (I have T34 upon recommendation of a friend and well..  not that fun)

WoT and WoWs are rather different games, despite coming from the same publisher and having similar baseline concept of controlling some military hardware in somewhat arcade fashion with WSAD keys and mouse to look around?
