9. oil spoil on surface should stay

That sounds like the whole map will stay oily everywhere and you can't anymore understand where is the last oil spot.

You can wish the oil spots to change longer but not forever.

In my opinion this point 9 is constructed very short-sighted way not thinking enough far. Such things happen in life when peopel are not adequate. I suggest that be professional, adequate, be calm and think through things. Otherwise you end up with emotional ideas that most are invalid.

I would like to see the WG's official poll about subs because i feel it is a professional one. Can someone say where it is?

Not very objective questions...

Probably a minority opinion but in general I believe subs could be a great addition to the game. A new experience and on occasion really fun to play.
Though in some earlier iterations they were boring to play.

Still I do think subs should be in the same league as DD's and dodging sub-torps should be about equally difficult to dodging DD-torps. From the perspecive of battleships and (heavy) cruisers.
A DD will have about equal problems to evading torps from other DD's.

The advantage of subs is being able to get a little closer than DD's. The advantage of DD's is a lot more and heavier hitting torps. Disadvantage of a sub is that the ping actually warns of the incomming torps. But I think the primary goal must be to make evading torps equally difficult

Fortunately the total number of subs and destroyers will be limited (in this update or the next).

Special case is for DD-players that are being outspotted by subs. This should be balanced out by the fact that DD has more health and speed. Presently I believe sub spotting to be a little too difficult. Maybe their (guaranteed) spotting range should be around 4 to 5 km.

Still, while rare, a sub vs. sub is a fantastic "dogfight".

I can understand that if you are never chase sub in bb/cruiser/dd. Welp, I am, often with sec. build bb. If you did, you will notice that now version of oil spoil (which missing after some short time) woudn't make them to be "lots of oil over whole map". Reason - oil spoil now is missing after min or like that (I didn't look on watch how is duration of oil spoil). So, in the post I refer on now state on oil spoil. Just take Bismarck and go to chase sub and you will realize what I talking about.

Once WoWs had a certain popularity, they had 2 options to keep it going.

* Continue on the more "historical path" and make a game that long term players will keep using money on.

* Use the current popularity to create a more fantasy game, flooding it with content, boxes, FOMO early access ships and more flashy bits. As long as a new player spends a bit, it doesn't matter how long he actually stays. He or she will also see older and decent players sail around in premiums and kick arse (relatively to a new player) and waste money on pay2Lose high tier ships...

I wote for 1. option if it is possible :)

Also 1 problem which I saw in last time in battles with subs - sub from my team very very often doesn't go to fight against another sub - actually many sub players hard avoid that fight. Instead of that they basically "take job" of dds (capping, ambushing, spoting etc). Also, they are going from start only against bbs, cvs and cruisers, leaving their team to deal with enemy subs. Until now I literaly saw ONLY 4  players that didn't play like that, instead of that they go fight against red subs. 2 of that 4 players actually I complement them. Why? From start of battles (that was in 2 different battles, 2 different players), they didn't literaly "stole" dds job, they really working like part of our team and didn't scare of fight against another sub. In same time with that they active protecting their own team against red sub. Yep, they show me some another prospective which  99,99% sub players don't wanna know at all and also don't wanna even try to play like that.

Me too, but I think this changed in 2018ish to 2. option. If I had seen the level of FOMO, blingbling and spam that the game puts out today, I simply would have avoided it back in 2016. These kind of games (even if gameplay is ok) is best avoided in my opinion. It's hard to quit once you've played a bit and know that the base can is (or was) very enjoyable. In fact I think wows in 2017 was one of the most enjoyable games in 30 years for me.

I saw this game in last 2 weeks of Odin dockyard, joining in this game 1 and half year ago, so I can't know how it  is been earlyer that that, but I trust you. Only thing I know is that in that time when I saw - I saw what Gneisenau can do then (now you can't anymore have impact in him like then). For me very wrong thing was: captain skill rework; after that whole start to slow colapse. Next thing that had huge impact is this new meta - toxic, unfun thing. Next is that even if you have AA cruiser or BB - doesn't matter anymore... After all that, next mess are subs, after that mess is superships, and next huge mess will be economy changes.

In the same time - huge unfair are: sec. on IJN bbs and also fact that Napoli got all that should be Agir and Siegfried.

Your comparison with "water intoxication"/"water poisoning" fits your arguments perfectly. The terms are common. It's related to a fact that anything can be dangerous in excess and likewise some typical "toxins" can be save when underdosed. I will give you another example how this works. There allways were ships with some misdesigned elements, but submarines having the worst excess of misdesigned elements yet is why they harm the game more than anything before.

Dihydrogen Monooxide is a very dangerous substance!

used in pesticides and nuclear weapons production! ban it!

That stuff is nasty. Highly effective inorganic solvent that has a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.

So, unlikely to be phased out anytime soon. :Smile_trollface:

Kills thousands of people every year. And few people realize how much of it there is already.
