Not unless WG have collected some Personal Information as a result of the survey (i.e. some information which could individually identify each respondent) and not asked for consent/published a policy explaining how any colleced data will be handled. WG would probably say that the information collected is not personal (age, nation of residence, IIRC) and could not lead to anyone being identified.
