I do not seem to have that luck with my divisions, unless I am part of one.

And no, the issue is not easily fixed, unless you want to prevent players from playing together.

Not luck, just statistics.

Yes. Hello again. And we will see each other again..

You're welcome to play ranked permanently. No divisions there, you'll have fun. :Smile_sceptic:

Even if they would implement such a mechanic, you would come back here complaining that you always have better divisions against you and that it is unfair yada yada yada. :fish_palm:

You again.

Of course. Why not.

There's no need for a "black or white" decision in this regard.

  • Refine the matchmaking rules to take into account the number and size of divisions, the number of radar/hydro ships, the number of stock/captain retraining ships and other possible sources of imbalance.
  • Define several waiting time thresholds to step by step ease the requirements.
  • Inform everyone in the queue (and later on in the match) about the current threshold.

This way, we could get a more balanced matchmaking with hardly any changes to queue times during prime time while still being able to find some matches at 4 a.m.. Transparency on the currently applied ruleset would ensure that everybody knew whether or not there's a reason to still be unhappy with the matchmaking.

Possible language problem here...or maybe you are trying to be sarcastic/ironic and i just don't get it.

I am talking about informing the players whether or not the matchmaker has adapted to a less strict ruleset in order to shorten the queue times.

If MM is so bad. Why can players manage high WR's when playing solo....

Ohhhh. That's because it's an issue between chair and keyboard that many just cannot seem to accept.
