...sorry pal I will be rude and sarcastic, but you played only 31 (by words thirty one...) random battles as DD-skipper in tiers II-VI (and 2 battles with Kidd) with bad results. So the relevance of your opinion about OP-ness of this class is really close to zero. Please, play destroyers in tiers VI-X, at least 500-1000 battles (with several DD-silver tree representatives...), and after this experience you can bring some crisp and new ideas about this topic.
