Here in in this discussion ... nope He suddenly started to play Co-Op from 13.04. 645 battles since then. Looking at ships seems to have used mostly Yolo Emilio and Le Terrible: fast boost to kill some bots, die, go to port, take second ship, rinse and repeat. This on top of some 150-200 random and ranked battles easily gives over 3000 coins. Of course this co-op routine would be even easier if some kind of software would help, as this would be very boring thing to do, but it is doable if someone is willing to do it 5-6 hours per day for a week.
