Azuma captain was handed out before, from AL collection I think?

 

I still don't like how WoWs PC team can't make Azur Lane oriented skins that have actually something in common with the character in question, as only one I can think of would be Enterprise, reusing her deck painting?

I really hope the captains are sold individually, but knowing how things play out usually, I don’t have much confidence.

Wrt to mini-map, it would be very useful to (somehow) show which allied ships have been detected.  Quite common msg in chat include: "Am not detected", or "Am detected right now", etc. It is a piece of info we can get through chat; So, plz make it easy for us with a mini-map addition. Thank you and cheers for the mini-map considerations in 0.11.4!!! (oops hope chat doesn't get over-spammed by auto map locations).

I guess Avrora because tier III will be free? Not that I care since I am sure Honey ~♪ is on those boxes or overpriced bundles and its not like she will be the Black Dragon she is in AL anyway . ..

Regarding the new submarine ping display: I get that subs were hated as much as CVs, but still... When the only usable weapon for subs means instant pinpointing of the location (plus accurate plane drops, which hurt even if the sub is at max underwater speed), you're killing the subs without directly removing them. And it has no corresponding mechanic from real life; even an actively pinging sonar (from the ships that have sonar) would take a while to rotate thru circle/depth and retrieve the distance (and thus location) of a sub...
What's next? Probably revealing the location of a CV when seeing the planes?
I can only suppose that this idea came from a developer which strongly prefers playing big bad battleships, and couldn't conceive that the game is a more complex version of rock/paper/scissors.

In AL she is Avrora, the romanised transliteration of the name because the ship Aurora like most russian ships in AL, but in wows the ship is Aurora.

Nope, otherwise we would have dovbleg about "new ship based on Azuma with different tweaks", as it was the case with Littorio and Rossija

Will the old AL ships, like AL Monteplier or AL Sov. Rossiya, be available again? Or just the two new ships?

I expect the older Azur Lane content will be available again. Either in packs or not, that was the case the previous times. Just don't expect it to be cheap.
