The only thing I can get from the boxes is FS. Not worth it.

The only package I can buy is the admiral's pack. Not worth it.

That's fine. Sell T10 or T11; I won't keep playing a game if the login process takes longer than the average battle, which is what I am experiencing right now.

Devblog: "Starting in Update 0.11.0, we found out that, on average, the game launch time has increased significantly in latest updates."

No kidding.

Imagine deciding to buy a Tier X ship in this game instead of just getting 3 AAA games in steam sales or from key sellers. And I say that as a (former) whale. Absolutely ridiculous pricing of pixel ships in a game that could have its servers shut down in 2 years.

Imagine buying a beer in a bar instead of getting some bottled beer during Christmas sale in a supermarket. The beer will be out of the body soon anyway, and with bottled beer you at least get a bottle for putting some flowers in. All bars obviously should be closed down for doing such a ridiculous and pointless monetization.

By the way, on to the topic, Tier X is not a top tier anymore and they are being sold for quite a while now.

In a pub you are paying for the whole experience of going out, here with your analogy all that you are getting is a piece of glass from a broken bottle.

Um, and you get no experience while playing a game? So why the hell you play it?

I think Apple products are vastly overpriced too, so I haven't bought any. However, I really don't care enough about them to spend my time writing hundreds of posts on their forums about how their monetisation practices are shoddy, now everyone who buys one is a sheep, or how I'm going to be telling all my friends not to get one.

For the firepower containers, honestly who the hell cares what they cost? If you don't feel they're worth the price quoted (like me) then all you need to do is not buy them.  Unless I'm missing something, no-one is suggesting that they're a mandatory purchase to play the game. We're not suddenly going to see a massive influx of players at tier 10 with no idea how to play the ship, as that's activity which has been going on since the game released. There's already plenty of tomatoes out there with 10k or 20k battles under their belt who are just as incompetent.

Never bought a 100€ beer before. Also the beer I drink tends to not get nerfed

I have without the need for spending 3x the price for a tiny piece of it.

I was never comparing with a single mug of beer only :) Those chips also add up to a price. And god forbid if buying drinks for someone else are involved... So that bar experience can get quite costly. And still you have to pay EACH WEEKEND instead of a single-time purchase of a unlimited-use keg.  Sadly, the beer quality in a bar can also get worse :( So entertainment based on ship purchase is quite a good deal actually :)

Perfectly normal choice. By the way, no-one forces you to buy beer in a bar as well. You can get away by sipping water, try your luck by making someone to buy you a beer, or finding some left without attendance.

It's unbelievable how disconnected the developers are from the playersbase. They just don't know their own game and don't realize that one of the biggest annoyances in high tier battles are the inexperienced players. Or the greed is just so great that they don't care about anything else. This decision will destroy so many rounds, I just hope the newbies don't get blamed and Wargaming gets the smack.

This is just so bad..

When I was in Uni we used to calculate everything to "the price of a beer". And then we'd compare the LOL we'd get out of it.

I still do that, and my conclusion is that for so many beers we'd also be getting f*cked... :Smile_hiding:

this annoys me too, amongst all the other things.   but seriously you can get 12500 fxp  37500fxp for the 2500 dubs. but if you exchange xp to fxp using dubs you'll get 62500....

Times are Hard the games going down the pan, :etc_swear:marines are coming back. do I want to throw money at a company that insists on cramming unwanted content into the game and kissing off it's players because it thinks it knows best and actually knows :etc_swear:all. I think I'll do a WG and extend a didget :Smile_coin:

Well, yes it's true that one of the drops within one of the three sections of the container is 12,500 FreeXP.  Without making any statement on whether it's worthwhile or not, I'd point out that if you rolled FreeXP for each of the rewards, you'd get 62,500 in each container (so the same amount as you'd get by converting), but obviously you wouldn't need the xp in the first place to be converted.

I support selling Tier 10 ships for doubloons. I mean why not? Some people have money and they are willing to spend it on the game. I would gladly purchase some Tier 10 ships that I'm interested in, then to grind whole eternity through complete line.

I think we need more Tier 10 ships for doubloons in Premium Shop.
