Unless he had a gun against his head, he stays with WG out of his own volution. Seems that he is very comfortable in this sh*tshow.

 

Anyways, for the community it doesn't influence anything when one WG puppet leaves and the other replaces it. The aren't real community managers anyways, just forum moderators. Even if we by chance might get one with his/her heart on the right place, they can only be a WG puppet, using evasive reactions, moderating the forums and play "happy faces" on stream while ignoring the real issues while playing the game. But being WG, they wouldn't put someone with heart in this position in the first place, as one has to be skilled in lying, evasion, crowd control and subversion to get a job at WG. Or you have to be an awesome artist, the only honorable job in the whole company.

 

So, just a switch of puppets, nothing worth any emotions.

Might be a coincidence, but just after Sub_O replaced Ev1n, the game took a much greedier path and stuff like CV-rework and Subs happened.

 

So let's see what happens now.

You see, the thing is I couldn't care less if this game still makes gazillions or has an army of zombies following it. If it sucks 2 play it's dead to me. Personally. You know, the criteria that matters.

Sub_O was an executive producer and probably heavily invloved in the direction the game took a couple of years ago. He was appointed by people who thought he had great ideas and a good enough track record. Those people will appoint the next figurine as well. Since Sub_O is confident the developers and community moved on to better waters together I'm cynically assuming the game will continue to get worse ^^
