I really think this is a stupid move from WG, even if tech tree ships have been available to purchase indirectly via "Free Exp". The thing is, you need to have played enough to get that free exp (or to have enough to convert to "Free Exp"), so it really doesn't matter, but this. let's you skip the "boring" tiers and go straight to T8... BAD MOVE! Don't, just don't.

Do you have T10? If not it ends up in your inventory and is available to use when you have the dinghy in port.

It is UNLAWFUL to claim something is being sold at a discount, when it never was.

We'd prefer if you did not insult the team that works to help you, and everyone else when you have any issues.
Nobody is perfect, and if you have a bad interaction with customer support you can always come to one of us, but keep in mind that these people are there for you everyday to help you and many many others with issues.

In this case, as we already had this issue with the Petropavlovsk and Riga camouflages, we tell players that if they cannot buy the bundle because they have 1 of them, they can reach out to our customer support and they will handle the acquisition of the missing camouflage for doubloons at the discounted rate that it has when buying in a bundle, minus the cost of the one that the player already has, of course.

Let this serve as a verbal warning. Do not insult our teams, especially when they work tirelessly everyday to provide you with help.

I would also prefer they refunded when I asked and was within the rules of one battle instead of being told no repeated.

And oh yes, I was helped alright ... helped when its about something that gets WG money, not I am every going to use support ever again considering how helpful they are.

In such cases as I mentioned in my post, I encourage you to contact one of us to find out what exactly happened, why it happened and what we can do about it.
Player support is there for more than just payment related issues.
