The droprates for these have not yet been released. Our priority was to release the droprates for new containers, and then start working on existing containers eventually as well.
It is planned for all containers to have their droprates released eventually, though I do not have an estimate for when this specific container may get theirs released.
As you can see however the community sometimes does their own fair share of investigating :)

BTW, is there a pity/mercy rule for "Veteran Recruiting Station Containers" ?

 

In other words is there a threshold for number of containers opened before WG pity/mercy rule kicks in and gives a player a main reward (i.e. ship)?

Are there any plans to add more ships for Community tokens? 

There are too few people on PTS most of the time and I think the lack of incentive is the biggest reason for that.

My suspicion is that the drop rates for ships on the veterans and seasoned are much lower than on the juniors. i.e. it actually works in reverse % compared to the santa crates where megas obviously have a much bigger chance for a ship.

 

I and a few friends got pretty good drop rates in all the juniors over quite a large number of them  but between all of us have only found 1 ship so far in the vets and seasoned ones.

I'm waiting for new content for the community tokens. Supercontainers are not interesting for me, I have no need in camos, flags or premium time.

PTS too. Community token are not useful at all.

I collect them if I sometime need them in a early access event or the like - they are not burning in my pocket

SC's  you get from Community Trophies give out more and if you got two that's equivalent to 12,000 tokens.

You farm those tokens on PTR or on live server by doing missions?

As I saw its very small amount on live server to get, but on PTR is a different story.

I've got many tokens from the Dirigible Derby, I believe Twitch Crates give 100 per crate and just normal missions that will give a few hundred at a time...

 

I've not really taken notice of how they come to be fair.
