As soon as we saw this post we were of course appalled that any of our support agents would address one of our players in such a rude manner, so we launched an immediate investigation.
I was surprised when the reply seen in the screenshot above could not be found in any of the many tickets that OP has sent to customer support.
So let me clarify a few things:
Faking or editing messages from WG staff or our Support Team is unacceptable in any way.
You should not be sharing screenshots of your support conversations according to the forum rules - reach out to us in private or use the dedicated support feedback thread:
When reaching out to staff with complaints about a support conversation, please provide unredacted screenshots and, most importantly, the ticket ID to make sure we can find the relevant ticket quickly.
Our support team is there to help you with questions, account problems and many other topics, but they are not the right avenue to send complaints or suggestions on how we should change aspects of the game.
When repeated polite requests to take complaints to the right place (forums for example) are ignored, our support team will stop answering tickets on that topic, anything else would take away time that they could be spending helping other players with genuine issues.
