I saw a Flamu video about it yesterday, that thing is packed with gimmicks  I'm curious about the high caliber secondaries performance

While ship (for time being) is packed with  stuff, short range and 25kts will make her very unfun very quickly when uptiered.

This might be the first dockyard I will not care about at all... Not because it's PanAm, I would love to see some REAL ships of Brazilian or Argentinian or Chilean Navies, there are so many. Why not Minas Geraes, Rivadavia, Almirante Latorre or maybe Riachuelo? Or cruisers  La Argentina or 25 de Mayo? I'm sure some of them could be crammed into tier VIII. But no, WeGee had to go into fantasy (I think Atlantico could be one of the many Vickers or Armstrong designs from before WW1). Shame...

Yep, another pass for me. Even the 9" secondaries won't entice me with this one.

Because they would be Tier VI/VII tops.The CV might make Tier VIII. The fantasy design looks quite fun...

Big ships perhaps, but among DDs you could easily find one for tier VIII or IX. 

I'm not convinced... And what is wrong with tier VII or even VI? If WeGee will give 5k steel in one of the last directives - it will go like fresh muffins, even if the ship is motorboat from Miami Vice :)

I will probably try to complete the Dockyard event, more so with the aim of completing it and adding a ship to my collection than anything else.

Clearly not. Although at least it isn't also saddled with a 40 second reload speed to go with it..

Because, they r all designs for max. tier 4, 5 and 6..  the Brothers maybe max. 7 with a bit fantasy.

It will add nicely to the already perfect* line with all the previous dockyard ships; Payto Rico, Odin, D7P etc. Not interested.

 

*) Admittedly I'd like to have gotten my small, filthy hands on the ZF-6 --- but c'est la vie.

Well, there is no shortage of fantasy in mammoth pre-dreadnought in tier VIII so... 🙂

Fantasy, and mammoth they may be, but none of them are pre dreadnoughts.

I bet big gun secondaries will be offset by poor kick-in angle values. it will be slow and probably will have to turn (almost) full broasdside to make use of it.

And that's a reason to sell it via dockyard.
