There are some special ships you can't sell, I've seen it happen with Max Immelmann toom I dind't even get it for coal, I got it from a container, but I guess being a coal ship they removed the option to sell it (probably as a way to prevent misclicks and accidents on that). I know you probably want to sell the ship, be it because you never play the ship, need credits and/or both, but truth is that with some ships it's like this and there's no bug with it, Puerto Rico's case it's probably because it was a dockyard ship. That ship will probably not come back to be available outside of very special ways that haven't been introduced yet not even through charity. Its a very special ship. You will don't get Doubloon or money for selling a premium ship just credits back so is defiantly don't worth of selling, Try with any other premiums.
