Can i somehow exchange my alaska for gerogia?

Please can someone help me i bougt alaska last year and its trash i want to somehow exchange for georgia witch is fast BB not slow CA witch does absolutely nothing and gets burned in 5 sec.

I think there's no way to do that, as I suppose you played more than one battle in Alaska. But just in case you can write to support.

Erm, no I don't that's possible to exchange.

 

Also as you can see from the below list, the Alaska is far from trash. Perhaps you need more practise.

I looked at this list before i bought it and i also watched a lot of reviews on it every one was saying its god tier like ship but when i played it, it was pretty differend i burned almost after the battle started because of 2 salvos of conquerer and because of CV and that is my expirience from almost all my games in alaska

As has been stated probably not, WG tend to only refund a ship if you have played a single battle in it. 
 

You could ask support but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

He's had 59 battles ... no chance....AND had it since February.

Try staying further from the action at the beginning of the match then move in half way through.

 

Just cause the Alaska has radar don't feel you have to move in to a position close to the cap like a Des Moines, she is a different beast.

This is not a ship issue.

Perhaps rather,  you are better suited to BB play?

Short answer: No. Also, Alaska is a lot of things but "trash" is not one of them.

There's plenty of BB's to choose from in that case, for different play styles and the best way to find which play style suits someone is to first grind the tech tree ones.

 

As for cruisers, some cruisers also fit different play styles better. For heavy cruiser play, I'd rate Alaska pretty high, as you said: 'one of the best cruisers in the game'.

She isn’t trash by any means but in all honesty I do get where he is coming from, compared to glorious motherland assets playing almost any other nations high tier cruiser in the meta we have today feels like a waste of ones time and uneccesary chore…

If I'm being totally honest, I prefer the Agir, but I do ok in the Alaska, but she is not my go to T9 cruiser.

I don't think you can make this exchange, but you can always ask ofc.

 

Also, I don't think the problem lies with the ship, but more with the player : very few high tier cruisers and appalling average damage with the lower tier ones.

I think you should get some more experience how to play Cruisers on the lower tiers before you go to the higher tiers (since lower tiers can be more forgiving when you make a mistake).

 

(practise positioning so you live longer, practise aiming so you hit more ; just improving these two skills a bit can already enhance your performance and (possibly) enjoyment of the ship  )

Forgot to mention that the Alaska is a BC so it burns longer than "normal" Cruisers; you may want to take this into account when playing it.

Alaska is amazing ship, so sadly her issues in this case lie, or rather, sit between chair and keyboard.

 

She does have radar, but that doesn't mean you have to bumrush nearest cap with hopes of "radaring evil lolibotes", certainly not when you would be only one ship next to the cap. Guns are be very much capable of lobbing shells over islands, make use of that, especially in first half to preserve hp. Sadly, HE I find to be somewhat underwhelming, thankfully AP more than makes up for that. So AP whenever you have a glimpse of broadside, also pummelling BB superstructures with AP is rather effective.

Cruisers are hard work (I struggle mightily with them much of the time); there might be something to be said for practicing your cruiser kung-fu at somewhat lower tiers, where mistakes are punished less severely, whilst thrashing the nuts off Alaska herself in Coop.

 

By doing that, you refine the technique that makes Alaska such a monster in the right hands, whilst at the same time getting practiced with how Alaska herself behaves; you can then put that together against real people, and hopefully get more satisfactory results.

 

(Easy for me to say though: I don't think I've ever played my Alaskae against real people...!)

IMO, Alaska > Georgia, and im a BB main player.

No I didn't enjoy it a whole lot with only 6 cannons, usually only 4... and I have others really fun tier 9 to play, among them Alaska which kicks arse when hanging 1km from the cap circle.
