What new tech tree lines would you like to see in 2022?

Hi fellow captains,

 

As the title of this topic says, I'm curious about your preferences. All we know is that the Pan-Asian light cruiser line is set for the beginning of 2022. Given that WG usually releases 4 new tech tree lines (give or take), I think we can expect at least 3 other tech trees to be released in full. I know Italian DDs are a much anticipated line many of you would like to see. I'm also pretty sure the Japanese and Soviet SS line will be released in 2022 alongside the USA and German line when testing is done. What nations could still provide a BB line? Maybe a CV line in the making, thinking about the French in particular? 

Personally I'm most hyped about a potential Pan-American cruiser line, as well as a Dutch sub-line (as I'm Dutch myself and I'm a fan of subs). So what do YOU want to see in 2022? Let me know in the comments!

second soviet cv line would be  appropriate  ... and perhaps also second bb line for soviets ... and subs, a lot of subs

What I would like to see, besides what we know about:

• Italian DDs (assuming they don't suck; WG are arguably one-all for Italian lines so far).
• Something in the way of a Commonwealth tree (I'd prefer DDs, obviously, but cruisers should be doable too).
• Pan-Am tree of some sort, although I'm not sure how much more interesting historical stuff there is available.

What we really are going to get:

• Submarines.
• Submarines.
• More bloody submarines.

Submarine hybrids  especially as these would actually be grounded in reality and perfect opportunity for another Arpeggio rerun, as "main protagonist" so to say is one

 

Less tinfoil option would be Polish DD "tech tree", as idea behind "Pan European" clearly died with introduction of Nopeland cruisers. Maybe second US DD branch? Though I shudder at gimmicks WG would create to differentiate them from main line.

I think the DD mains would lose their marbles over the Capitani Romani, anyone else would see then as "free citadels".

Someone posted this not long ago on the NA forum, seems like Pan-Am could get a CL tech tree easily.

Oh I dunno, I'd like them to redo the DD split, starting from tier 5 or 6 and make it a proper hybrid line instead of 3 random ships thrown together and called a branch... and at least Russian DD's have a reasonable grip on reality unlike everything else!

From the others lines which I would like to see, in really long term (far more longer than WG will do it), and yes it will be lot of paper ships but when we look at latest lines...

Japanese BB split

Japanese cruiser split - light cruisers or hybrids

USA DD split

French DD split

second line of UK DDs

UK slow BBs (and also rework of current one to ends on some real later "super" Lion design instead on this weird Conqueror)

Spanish CA and DDs

French CVs (when we have German´s ones and Soviet´s ones, France as country which really use(d) CV should have line)

Dutch DDs

european DD line (current one shoud be reworked as Swedish one)

Commonwealth DDs, maybe cruisers

UK and USA AA (not like Asian) cruisers

PanAm cruisers

rework of Soviet DD lines - with maybe adding third mini line ending on Project 56

adding missing US, JAP, UK CVs, ideally in some better working CV system...(ideally not just a system but also with reworked techtrees - so without missing tiers); but that is not possible for WG - so like second lines...

Same for SUB lines, I would like to see all the lines possible in very long time time horizon and with working, balanced and fun for all mechanics(!)
