I was hoping that this years' "Black Friday" would be nice time to get her back but you disappointed us (again)...

My goodness, can you stop the "Back yelling"? It really gets on my nerves. Even in the weekly stream there is always someone asking for Black.

 

Actually, USS Black is not a good idea to get readded into the game, cause the Smoke-Radar combination is too powerful for most of thee opponents.

It was a blatant lie... 19 months... many of us had Steel but didn't want to spend it when the ship would have soon be available for Coal...

It's really weird she didn't come back for coal, WG could easily sell her for 19k dubs. You can also make good money by making her a BF ship for the memes, people obviously would love the Black to have a black skin. 

Imagine you're a guy who didn't get the Black for steel because you thought she's gonna come back for coal. And then it's almost 2 years and she's still not back. This is what people get who trust WG And WG acts surprised when people are so negative towards them  No wonder LWM doesn't trust them either and asked for the Yukon camo as proof for their future work on Huron.

This is the real reason I'm surprised that Black hasn't returned yet - she'd be a licence to print money, at least until the initial demand subsided. Mind you, I don't think Neustra is available for cold hard cash either...?

Admittedly I also held off getting her because of that statement and whilst I thought it would be at least a year because of the “6 months or later”, I think we can chalk this up too one of WGs many politicians promises ( was convenient to say at the time but it’s no longer valid).
 

I very much doubt Black will return without either being very much modified or for doubloons.

I'm not sure the impact would be as horrifying as many fear: getting the most out of Black requires a skill-set that a lot of typical players lack; she is pretty ferocious in the right hands, but most players hands aren't right (as it were)...

 

My suspicion is that a lot of them would merely pootle around at longer range, spamming sea mines, and wondering why their radar isn't picking anything up.
