I remember that we got 2x "Try Your Luck" containers but this WG mail from NA claims that you are guaranteed to get:

• Super Container or
• 7 Day premium or
• 5.000.000 Credits

and that is 100% different from what we got (i.e. few irrelevant signal flags from "Try Your Luck" containers)...

I used the code you've shown, and got two containers you get when you Try Your Luck and don't get a SC.

So how this code on NA claims that it brings  guaranteed:

I re-read NA forum thread and they also got 2x "Try Your Luck" containers... it seems that WG mail was erroneous... another "miscommunication" then...

I got this code ( 5TBKDE4AGR6EW8) on my NA account. As I understant it should give me SC, 7 days and 5mil on NA accoubt if I log in. I also used it on my EU account and I expect eiter same set or 2xTYL or T3 Charleston.

I got 2x TYL crates, but can't complain, as beside some flags I also got the last two pieces missing from the German Navy Collection, so I was able to complete it. Me happy!

Not really. At best I will get some flags or camos from SC and I already have Charleston on both accounts (she is fun and I actually have NA damage record for her - 156 637; obviously bots were involved).

The topic from the US forum has a second screenshot that shows SC + 7 days premium + 5mil credits are for the email adress owner. Those he/she shares the code with (us) takes one prize from 3 possibilities:

2x TYL containers or premium cruiser Charleston or the original prize the owner got. Unfortunately almost all of us got the 2x TYL containers.

I got the great bonus on one NA account - then dreck on the other NA account & my EU account - I'm pissed  as I should have used that code (in retrospect) for EU account first.

Actually doesn't matter. Code is same for everyone, but only accounts registered on email account that got message have "big" gift.

Seems the person the mail is sent to (or the first redemer, however they have set it up) gets large gift and the friends reddeming later get smaller ones… Kinda makes sense in a way

Hi!

We run various campaigns to both active and inactive players. This one is one geared and sent towards inactive players. However we didn't want active players to be completely left out if they redeemed this code as well, hence why most of you received the 2 Try Your Luck containers instead.
Make sure to keep an eye on your email folder, as we also sometimes send out these emails to active players. Additionally we have various bonus codes being distributed through our media channels, good examples are the recent Youtube cinemarathon or the hidden bonus codes in the anniversary port, for active players.
