Tier 11 Super Ships? Seriously?

Wow, just wow. Openly illustrated as level 11 ships. So much for less than T 9 play - just dump everything lower than 9.

T 11 = Satsuma & Hannover. Now, in addition, along comes Conde, Annapolis, Yamagiri & Zorkiy.

Can we say, bloated Puffer Fish?

Don't consume them - they are highly toxic (poisonous).

Well, Fugu is actually a delicacy. The muscular flesh of these dishes is devoid of tetrodotoxin, a paralysing agent killing by suffocation in smallest doses, as long as the chef takes care to avoid making a knife cut into the innards.

Your image doesn't work IMHO.

A comparison to a siphonophore as the European Portuguese man-o'-war (poisonous large, sometimes an invasive species) may be more adequate.

Regards, Nightowl

The only dangerous ones to me are Satsuma and Annapolis

And ofc if I am in brawling range then Hannover

The rest are.....to put it lightly......sort of dealable?

Annapolis is a problem coz DM AP and DPM is scary af, and 12 DM guns is gonna be a nightmare to deal with, and it can dev strike you with alternate fire if you are a DD or cruiser caught.

Satsuma has 8 accurate 510mm guns which can turn into rail guns at the press of a button

The rest?

Hannover isn't a problem at long range, but if it does close into sec range, then the secs just murder everything and the overmatch advantage is evident as the guns will actually hit at that range, so that's half a problem

Conde, you can simply angle against and mitigate most of the dmg

Yamagiri, if you have any SA then torps aren't a problem.

Zorkiy is just a remodelled Khaba with alternate fire, so kind of the Kleber experience, so you can deal with it easily if you have any ammo sense in your DD and cruiser.

Did I get this correctly? You get these abominations via random bundles in the armory, so everyone who has unlocked the armory can derp around with them? Oh, this will enhance the quality of games decisively.

As far as I recall, these "super ships" were mainly just big super pinatas when they appeared in ranked battles a few weeks ago. Everybody focus fired on them and since they were impossible to miss, they went down fairly quickly. But maybe I'm missing something?

I had some fun times with them in my FDR. I suspect they have been changed a bit, though. WG will want to cast them in a positive light, not as Shimakaze-fodder.

As long as I can see them, I can shoot them. Just wait till we get to the first tier 11 submarines... :Smile_sceptic:

If these Superships will get a special MM, like only T10 + Supership, they potentially will release some pressure from the T8 and T9 bracket.

So its an incentive to play T8 and T9 more

Why not

I wonder what they will come up with for T12 and T13. Because ofc WGs madness will not end here :cap_wander:

Tried Annapolis and Conde and played against others on TS and what i saw is nothing special.

Conde and Zorky can be nasty in right hands with that alternate fire but Annapolis simply have no use of it because already high RoF so cooldown after use make it questionable.

And i do understand that my experience playing against can be due to bad players not knowing how to utilize those ships ...

Em, no RN Supership then 😉.

This should be obvious!

The game revolves around major naval powers of the early and mid 20th century.

British Royal Navy? Never heard of.

And here is why:

TOP5 Navys

1 - Soviet Navy (post WWII)

2 - US Navy

3 - Soviet Navy (WWII)

4 - Imperial Japanese Navy

5 - Soviet Navy (pre WWII)

You see, there is no historic evidence for the importance of the Royal Navy.

Well, only in Ranked iirc.

At least they were popular. During the Supi-event-mode I actually felt the absence of BBs in randoms to farm.

Cant say the same about subs.

The sad part is: A full season of Ranked in T10 in all leagues. Urrrgh....:fish_sleep:

Very good, comrade. Expect favorable matchmaking for few days.

The irony is that CVs and Subs are the antithesis to Supis, since they are a "what-if"-class.

I suppose by that time I can select USS Enterprise in port. And I don't mean CVN-65.

These ships are baits and credit sinks. Performance wise they look like sidegrades to T10s at best.

I found the alternate fire in both the annapolis and conde to be the most dangerous....these are the two ships I fear in my dd. BB's are no threat and dd's not much to worry about either (that I know of yet).
