As of now, I own in those tiers: T61 (85 battles / 66% WR) Z-39 (31 battles / 58% WR) Scharnhorst (93 battles / 57%WR) Since I'm starting to enjoy very much light-cruisers, I'm interested in a good light-cruiser that can held her own while being up-tiered. Besides which, you already have one of the T7 premiums that best hold their own when up-tiered (Z-39). At T6, Perth is good, if you know how to cruiser; Huanghe isn't disastrous either, assuming she's still available for much cheapness, but again she requires competence (more than I have!). Good conc, good rudder, quite fast firing HE spammer and decent AP, torps, repair, hydro. Need a skilled captain but she is a good support ship. She was one of my first premiums, I think - I can't cruiser for toffee, so my results are usually dreadful, but she's still lots of fun; you can't go far wrong picking her up*. *assuming you don't mind giving WG money (albeit not much in this case), and you've got plenty of premium time already. I gonna need some credit maker too, so i was thinking about getting one of the Kobayashi ships. Question is, can i buy the Kobayashi camo for them ? I 'm mostly interrested in the Kii, since i heard Rome has bad accuracy, and as a PVE player, having torps when the bots rush in are a nice bonus. There's several choices for coal or freeXP. The only reason for picking a tier 6 or 7 is if you want to play operations specifically. In that case, Atlanta is a wonderful ship in Narai.
