CV in Brawl are broken

CV's are broken as hell in brawl, as a player who only has Edinburgh and monarch there's nothing I can do against CVs. 
Ever match against a CV my team loses, at this point if I match against a CV i just leave. 

AA at this tier doesn't deal enough dmg and monarchs fighters are a joke. 

Fighters on BBs need a buff, with a full AA build and fighters as monarch I still only shoot down 3-5 aircraft after all 3 runs are complete. 

Not to mention impossible to doge and with one team having carrier good luck even living past 3 mins as you're going to get blind fired at. 
Nothing you  can do that match, UNFUN, BORING and BROKEN. 

For the love of god remove CV from this game mode or even better take a look at CVs. Figure out  why everyone hates these things, and fix the AA and fighters.

With all the understanding for your frustration, by leaving a game you only make it worse.

Hm, I won most games against CV teams. You need to make pressure and attack fast. 

 

Just push their 2 ships as hard as possible. I was always happy seeing a CV on the other side. And playing ships with useable AA also helps.

No offense m8 but what you are doing is BS, ofc you can’t win every Match with a CV across but many you can by playing aggro early and focusing the enemy surface ships…

Edin has a good AA bubble, play her, stick together with your teammates and  push hard.

I strongly suggest WG should not use numbers for AA rating for newbies but some scale like:

 

Non-existant

Useless

Less useless

Very inadequate

Less Inadequate

 

Would be very descriptive.

Oh.....I did that in my very first  1v1 brawls. The game got it and i was cast with less. So.....its debatable (well not with the "team" version).

 That's not that simple. Depends on team line up and the players. And. Cv's specialty is DOT so.....not to mention early spotting. Its debatable at best.

 

It is inherently dishonest bringing Cv to a 3v3, the class itself being dishonest.

I don't like the CV class, both playing it and playing against it. But in this brawl I was always happy in my Kii facing one and won almost all fights against a CV team, enemy division or not. 

 

Tha hardest fights were against Chkalov.

Yup. I don\t have the Kii and I\m cruiser main, but I heard that it has decent AA

I played a dozen of matches today to get 9 wins for the 750k creds 3x bonuses, CVs are not that common and I mostly won against them anyway.

Though I tried a Chkalov game, and that thing is OP due to the small map that allows very fast planes rotation.

Oh yes, but her weakness is the late game. When the enemies get close the rocketstart starts to hinder you.

Usually i dont like the brawls, mostly because i lack division partners.

Met a friend ingame today and we decided to try.

 

2 matches went fine, first without CV, second with a GZ, nice fights.

Nothing bad to say.

 

Third match we encountered a division Chalov + Tone.

On Two Brothers.

Cancerdivision has a new meaning from now on.

 

This is such a bs ... unbelievable.

 

So RIP brawls.

CVs dont really work on small teams because they deal damage over time, they dont really have a alpha outside the odd detonation.

 

Brawls almost end the moment a team loses the first ship because its hard to recover, spotting does little since its not as you have to worry about a flank as with a CV there are only 2 ships in play, playing hide and seek only goes as far and you have a CV on your side as well so any advantage is nullified because of that, if they can spot you then you can spot then as well.

 

So yes, just kill the 2 ships and the CV is going to be useless at that point, the problem is not the CV but taking the first loss since in CV games that 50% of firepower effectively gone and its not that different of non-CV games since its still 33%, playing defensive like its Random wont work because the small team sizes.

 

I would say YOLO ships are far a bigger danger that CVs because the small team means they likely going to take 1-2 ships out before they go down.
