Ok, these questions will sound very retarded but my birthday is in 3 days, so i want to make extra sure everything is in order:
1."Link your account to your email address and confirm it (important for Steam users)." This step is only for the said steam users right, those of us who registered via the website can skip it?   I have a green check mark next to my email address in account management, i assume this means everything is fine here?
2.The "Start receiving gifts" button in the announcement article is just a link to the account management tab, right, not an indication i have missed to fill/check something in there?

Ok so yesterday (30 sept) i set my bday to 30 sept and i meet all the other requirements. but i did not receive an email yesterday, and i did not receive it today. am i eligible for this offer and can i still receive this email or am i not so lucky?

You are overdue for this offer this year and have to wait till next year (if the offer still stands)

If you have the checkboxes done and your birthday set, you should be set for this, so you can expect the email and rewards to arrive in these 3 days.

You should be getting the rewards today, as the campaign is set in a way, that it allows also those having birthday in the day of the announcement.

You brought a gift event in this time of year instead of Summer. Why? Do you encourage your clients to false declair their birthday? What about the thousands that born in the previus Summer?

The best it would be that WG will give "birhday" GIFTS to all clients no matter their birthday because that way you create a double standard between those that will recive gifts and those that they wont because :

1. We are not sure that WG will have this permently.
2. No one knows if in one year will play the game.
3. No one knows if in one year from now will be alive!

@YabbaCoe can you please help me - I was put my date of B-day, but not go out from page, answer to phone and meantime kiddo go and delete. Now I have situation: haven't marked and next enter will be possible on 1. october 2022 (I haven't clue why 1. october, that wasn't my entry and my B-day isn't today).

Edit: The following day 1st Oct. The message came anyway, saying "since you had birthday recently", maybe some other people with birthdays during September especially during the later days might have gotten the same.

Oh, your birthday? well then that was mighty generous to take into account by WG.
What I ment by my edit was in my og post about not being wise to select 30th September was that on the following day I did also receive the email and thus went to correct my initial statement.

It's a good promotion and a PR win.

 

But I have to say wouldn't an announcement of "Everyone who clicks here and sets or confirms their DOB on their account will automatically be granted the following X. Beginning 1st January 2022 people will receive these rewards every year on their birthday" have been better? Not complaining just seems like you managed to throw in an own-goal into what should've been a guaranteed no issues win.

If that is so HOW did you manage to channg the date THIS YEAR and nit the next one  as you say?

Because if half of the clients CAN CHANGE the date now and half have to wait next year is UNFAIR to the last ones by WG that accepts such "cheating"!

Cause I didn't change ever before just now. So because I changed it now means that I need to wait till next to change it back. And why you can't? Idk you changed it before that? Also a new player that created an account recently can't go and change it now.

I got 2x1k doubloons from SCs, but cashback got a littel bugged. I bought 7500 doubloons, shoud get additional 7500, got 7387 instead. I will send a ticket to Support today
