i suggest you could give out the birthday presents to everyone who had already had their birthday this year and start tomorrow with the normal giveaway. or else everyones birthday will change soon

Word of warning: saying something is 100% cashback, while not actually giving any cash back is quite misleading.

From what I read you just get doubloons back, which is definitely not cash.

You should probably change the wording of this "100% cashback" coupon.

Am I still eligible for this offer??

You should contact support. And ask to change your email and hope you have done purchases through a bank account / credit card.

 

Of course it's all simpler if you have linked a telephone number to your account.

It should be in the Subscription part, we are just waiting for further confirmation which checkbox exactly it is.

Yup - been there and checked the settings. Nothing there that seems to equate to:

 

"Give us permission to send you letters with presents to your specified email address."

 

Maybe it's to tick an option with a name that's less "here's a gift cause we love you" and more "can we send you some intrusive messages about ways we can sell you stuff".

My first purchases came from my dad’s card, but I moved to paysafe since a year or so ago.
